Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative in North Riverside, IL to greet members, promote membership, and deliver exceptional service in a busy office environment.

You will help with sales of travel and banking products, handle payments, and provide frontline support while collaborating with a small team to achieve branch goals. Prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace technology that supports customer service.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
