Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Cary, NC. This on-site, full-time role supports members with membership, travel and banking products while driving satisfaction and sales.

Scheduling is Monday–Friday with one rotating Saturday per month, 8:30am–6pm ET. Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting products, assisting with travel and insurance offers, processing payments, and providing office support to the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Problem solving & ownership mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Member Service & Sales: Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Lead Generation & Promotions: Generate leads, share promos, provide travel information, and conduct outbound calls for insurance and travel products.
• Customer Support & Problem Resolution: Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, refer complex issues to senior staff.
• Cashiering & Payment Processing: Process payments and balance cash drawer as needed.
• Branch & Team Support: Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods and assist branch goals.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.
