Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative who will greet members in person and help them with membership, travel, and insurance products. The role emphasizes sales, service quality, and relationship-building in a fast-paced, on-site branch environment.

You will handle inquiries, process payments, and support the team during peak periods while contributing to overall branch goals and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology that supports customer service.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management as appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products; handle remittance/depository transfers and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
