Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, sell memberships and travel products, and deliver friendly, solution-focused service in person. You will support a busy office, handle payments, assist travel and insurance sales, and contribute to branch goals while respecting schedules Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.

• Ability to take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology that supports customer service.
• Multitask and prioritize work effectively to meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff, agents, or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
