Konnect Resources, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for 100% onsite work in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role is full-time, temp-to-hire, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour.

The CSR will manage customer orders, support billing and account reconciliation, and respond to inquiries in a high-volume environment, working closely with Operations to verify documentation and ensure accurate invoicing.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Mansioni

• Enter and process customer orders in the order management system and maintain current contact information.
• Collect customer work orders and documentation for billing.
• Coordinate with Operations to monitor open orders and obtain billing information.
• Review bills of lading and other documents to complete load documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes; assist with invoicing.
