Job summary

Peckham Inc. is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support a government customer in Grand Rapids. This is a on-site, full-time role with both day and weekend shifts, paying $19.41 per hour plus health and welfare benefits.

The CSR answers calls, uses a knowledge base, and helps callers with policy-related questions. Responsibilities include routing calls, gathering information, scheduling urgent travel, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Oral and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and fast keyboarding.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from callers and provide accurate information.
• Follow policies to route calls and document interactions.
• Gather data and apply problem solving to resolve inquiries.
• Verify demographics and escalate as needed.
• Support customers with travel and scheduling related questions.
