Job summary

EmployBridge is hiring a Business Development Manager in Memphis, TN to expand market share through new business development and end-to-end customer sales and account management. This onsite role focuses on building a robust prospect funnel, researching client needs, and engaging decision-makers at all levels to drive growth.

You will manage accounts post-sale, provide ongoing support, and consistently meet weekly targets using creative outreach tactics and EmployBridge tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of target market including geography.
• Demonstrable CRM experience.
• Staffing or service industry experience preferred.
• Logistics or Transportation experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• <li>Target high quality leads and leverage partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel</li>
• <li>Conduct pre-call research to understand customer needs and priorities</li>
• <li>Build relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and in-person meetings</li>
• <li>Engage with decision makers at all levels during the buying process</li>
• <li>Provide consultative account management, post-sales support, and follow-up</li>
• <li>Meet or exceed weekly goals to bring in new accounts using proactive methods</li>
• <li>Utilize EmployBridge technology to reach clients and prospects</li>
