Qualifications
2-5 years of technical experience in the operation of AV and VTC systems.
Demonstrated skill in working with AV and collaboration systems.
IT network experience with operational knowledge of the OSI model at least up to Layer 3.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for all A/V support.
Provide pre-conference testing and setup.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of AV systems.
