Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. is seeking an AV Site Support specialist to provide on-site IT and AV assistance in Washington, DC. You will address hardware, software, and network issues, manage asset inventory, and assist in setting up AV equipment for live events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/AV experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and the ability to travel to client locations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience and/or technical certifications in IT or AV technology.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of audio and video equipment and their functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage asset inventory and maintain records of IT equipment.
• Perform imaging and refreshing of computers and devices to keep them up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot printer problems, software errors, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist in setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Support live events by operating AV systems and addressing technical issues.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
• Maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide smart hands support in IDF switch rooms.
