Job summary

AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider delivering world-class customer experiences at client sites in the Washington, DC area. The Onsite Maintenance Engineer collaborates with customers, management, and global teams to ensure reliable AV performance and service excellence.

Responsibilities include site setup, preventive maintenance, field installations of control programs, and support for networked devices. Travel to client sites and after-hours work are required to meet event needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshoot and field Servicing experience in AV/Networking.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours as needed.
• Excellent communication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on AV hardware and cables.
• Field install of control programs (AMX/Crestron) and firmware.
• Provide field service support for networked devices.
• Travel to various job sites and assist after hours as needed.
