Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Call Center / Customer Service Agent in White Bear Lake, MN. This onsite role focuses on guiding customers through service scheduling, follow-up outreach, and handling inbound inquiries to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

• Conduct follow-up calls with recent service customers to gather feedback and measure satisfaction.
• Follow established call scripts and identify situations requiring escalation to management.
