Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join our front desk team at our Minnesota dealership. You will greet customers, answer calls, scan information, and perform data entry to support sales and service operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Professional demeanor and appearance (nametag, uniform, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers arriving at the dealership.
• Answer incoming calls and scan customer information into the system.
• Handle filing and data entry; manage money receipts.
• Assist with front desk duties and show availability of sales reps.
• Maintain plate log; coordinate plate arrival and weekly audits.
• Process daily print and email queue; prepare folders for appointments.
• Ensure dealership service processes and scripts are followed by staff.
• Support Sales Managers with reporting and OEM documentation.
