Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Call Center / Customer Service Agent in White Bear Lake, MN. This onsite role focuses on guiding customers through service scheduling, follow-up outreach, and handling inbound inquiries to ensure an exceptional service experience.

They are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to ensure an exceptional service experience through follow-up outreach, appointment scheduling, and handling inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls with recent service customers to gather feedback and measure satisfaction

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation

$20/hour base pay

Monthly incentive bonus program

Average monthly bonuses range from $400-$650

Typical total earnings average $22-$23/hour

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for approximately three weeks

Regular Schedule

• Week 1: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (Thursday off)
