Job summary

LHH in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Customer Service Professional for an onsite, full-time temp-to-hire position. The role offers a pay range of $18–$21 per hour and requires 1+ year of call center or customer service experience with a High School diploma or GED.

You will work 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, interacting with clients and logging details in the CRM system. Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, supporting operations and account transfers, and helping clients

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex and escalated issues from customers and clients.
• Provide support in operations, account transfers, and related processes.
• Assist clients with navigation and use of various systems.
• Maintain call handling requirements and quality review scores.
• Record interactions in the CRM tool.
• Work independently within the team to resolve inquiries.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Provide training support on department processes and system navigation.
