You'll handle high-volume calls, schedule and manage customer appointments, and provide service-time estimates. Team environment, opportunity for temp-to-hire, with monthly commission based on appointments set.

Qualifications

Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
1+ year of customer service or call center experience (automotive or service-related industry a plus).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.

Responsibilities

xpress Employment Professionals in Woodbury, Mn is seeking a talented for a Call Center Representative for a fast paced company in the East Metro!

Schedule

Monday-Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm

Monday-Friday 9:30-6:00pm (Wednesday off) and Saturday 7:30-4pm

Training will be Monday- Friday. First 3 weeks 8-4:30pm

Pay

Pay: $20/hr. DOE + Monthly Commission ($200–$300 average based on appointments scheduled)

We’re looking for a Call Center Representative to join a high-volume service department. You'll play a key role in professionally scheduling and managing customer appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and technicians.
