Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Call Center Representative for a fast-paced auto service company in the East Metro. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with training Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30.

You'll handle high-volume calls, schedule and manage customer appointments, and provide service-time estimates. Team environment, opportunity for temp-to-hire, with monthly commission based on appointments set.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (automotive or service-related industry a plus).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to gather vehicle and customer information, and schedule service appointments.
• Clearly communicate customer concerns and requests to the service team.
• Provide accurate estimates for service time and cost.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-service.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Build positive relationships with both customers and teammates.
• Reschedule appointments as needed during the call.
