Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a Virtual Block Specialist I to record vehicle and customer information during the sale and to provide administrative support to the auctioneer on sale days. The role requires careful data entry and coordination with the auction team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience.
• Familiarity with data entry and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing in collaboration with client services.
