Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking an Auction Support Specialist I in Vehicle Operations to support the auctioneer on sale days. You will record vehicle and customer data in the AS400 system and verify sold units before completing the transaction.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED with typically under 2 years of experience. The base pay is $16.63–$24.90 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as commissions or incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work with auctioneer virtually to verify system information accurately represents vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, work with the auctioneer to review Simulcast bids.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• In partnership of client services contact center operations to receive and respond to customer requests through various channels (e.g. phone, email, chat, and ticketing).
• Other duties as assigned.
