Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an on-site Virtual Block Specialist I in Conway, AR. The role supports auction days by recording bids, verifying vehicle information, and assisting the auctioneer from a Cox Manheim location. This part-time position runs roughly 15–20 hours weekly (Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to stay focused during fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Ability to lift 1–10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts using AS400.
• Work with auctioneer virtually to verify information.
• Verify run order and ensure correct vehicle is sold.
• Operate monitor and review Simulcast bids with auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration and vehicle announcements for the auction.
• Make late-title calls and emails.
• Use Salesforce for title absent support.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
