RAM Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Northwest Crossing in Montana. The role handles rent collection, financial reporting, and vendor coordination while supporting community operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.).
• Property Management certification required.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily financial transactions: rent, fees, and payments; prepare deposits and reports.
• Review and submit invoices from vendors for payment.
• Review resident files and accounting records; communicate with residents about balances; address delinquencies.
• Process resident move outs per lease terms and notice requirements.
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance; ensure completion.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns; assist with resolutions.
• Act as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager.
