Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the housing community. You will lead onsite staff, manage rent collections, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Collaborate on leasing, maintenance, and risk management to meet budgets while delivering excellent resident service. This role is full-time and on-site in our Nevada portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to operate onsite software; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Post and reconcile all payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process daily accounts receivable and monitor bad debt and collections.
• Assist with budgeting, revenues, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance timely.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
