Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm overseeing a diverse nationwide portfolio, including multifamily and student housing. The Assistant Community Manager role oversees daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager, with a focus on rent collections and cash flow optimization at the housing community.

You will supervise onsite staff, implement leasing strategies, ensure policy compliance, and manage end-of-month closings, reports, and records.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Posting all payments and income from applicants, residents, and non-current residents accurately and timely.
• Processing and reconciling daily accounts receivable.
• Monitoring and following up on bad debt, sending late notices, and filing evictions.
• Maintaining records and assisting with annual budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Walking units, posting move-out charges, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
