Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–5 years of accounting experience or a 4-year degree in accounting/finance.
• Hands-on accounts payable and payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks or similar software.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; accuracy matters.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment, including coding and approvals.
• Run payroll accurately and on time, including timekeeping review and deductions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain audit-ready records in Sage, QuickBooks, or other systems.
• Support month-end tasks and special projects as needed.
