Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on processing invoices, reconciling items, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy in a high-volume AP environment.

The position offers a flexible/hybrid schedule and competitive benefits. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of AP experience, proficiency with data entry, Excel, and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient in data entry and Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve invoices and process entries using AP automation software or manually with PO verification.
• Reconcile questionable vendor invoice items/pricing and receiving inconsistencies.
• Enter invoices/credit memos into the financial system with correct GL codes and divisions.
• Revise and edit invoices as needed.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices and check requests promptly.
