Job summary

Alliance Health in Morrisville, NC invites an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP operations. This full-time hybrid role reports onsite 1 day weekly at the Home Office in Morrisville and drives process excellence, controls, and timely closes.

Requires a five-year AP-related background and a strong Excel skill set, with supervisory experience guiding a skilled team. Preferred: experience with Sage Intacct and a commitment to high ethical standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with five years in finance or accounting related to Accounts Payable.
• Strong Excel and at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable operations: invoicing, check runs, aging, write-offs, month-end and year-end close, and 1099 processing.
• Ensure payments and invoices align with contract terms and posted payment schedules.
• Close AP module timely each month and year-end; monitor aging and report outstanding items with actions.
• Support audits and act as SME for AP processes; respond to inquiries from leadership.
• Oversee staff training, workflow organization, and compliance with policies and licensure.
