Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned professional to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts, delivering end-to-end platform solutions onsite. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows, agents, and integrations on Axon’s platform, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure measurable mission impact.

This role emphasizes proactive field engagement, CJIS compliance, and leadership in operational transformation, with 3–4 days onsite and a focus on adoption,

Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
Experience with operational transformation in deployment environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts.
Design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon platform onsite.
Lead field engagements and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
Establish success metrics and drive adoption in production.
