Job summary

Axon is hiring for an on-site builder who will own customer outcomes within strategic accounts, delivering end-to-end deployment success using AI-enabled workflows and Axon platforms. You will embed in agencies, manage adoption, and drive measurable mission outcomes with field leadership and executive presence.

You will work across Ops, Product, and Engineering to ship compliant, production-ready solutions while iterating with field insights to inform roadmaps and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven track record shipping production-ready automations and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes within strategic accounts and deployments.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon platforms and data tools.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues.
• Lead field engagements and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
