Job summary

Axon is seeking builders who earn trust in the room—onsite owners for strategic agency accounts who ship production-ready solutions. You will combine technical expertise with operational leadership to transform agency workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role requires hands-on building of AI-enabled workflows, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on mission success. You will spend significant time onsite, driving adoption and staying CJIS compliant.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or equivalent deployment experience.
• Experience in law enforcement or military is preferred but not required.
• You have shipped automations, agents, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud and AI platforms.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• CJIS compliance ability and security standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon's platform.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Services.
• Track adoption metrics and mission outcomes to prove impact.
• Lead field engagement and build trusted relationships with agency leadership.
