Job summary

Asset Living in Big Spring, TX is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, and administration while ensuring compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will manage staff performance, tenant relations, and reporting, with a focus on achieving strong occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years' housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws/OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager guidance.
• Lead staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and timely reporting.
