Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial management. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines while driving resident satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with affordable housing programs, plus applicable accreditations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs.
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) or other applicable designations in affordable programs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing community on-site.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and finances.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor revenues.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and safety guidelines.
