Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, manage rental income, and support the Community Manager in maintaining the property’s financial health. The role requires on-site leadership, adherence to Fair Housing guidelines, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Assist in delinquency management and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staffing, leasing, maintenance, and administration in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare end-of-month closings and reports.
