Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in Gainesville, Georgia. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and financing under the Community Manager and ensure compliance with fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling receivables, and supporting budgeted revenues and NOI while supervising onsite staff and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Understanding and ability to perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Onsite staff supervision and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing affordable housing requirements (LIHTC, HUD, USDA programs).
• Post payments and income accurately for residents.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Monitor bad debt and file evictions as needed.
• Support budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
