Responsibilities

• Lease prospective residents and complete daily on-site operations.
• Show, tour, and move in residents; process leasing paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing efforts and conduct market surveys.
• Assist with resident relations and retention programs.
• Uphold property policies and handle resident concerns.
• Assist in unit walks, audits, and turnover processes.
• Perform general administrative duties.
