Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an affordable housing community. Under the Community Manager, you will support leasing, maintenance, and compliance with company policies, safety, fair housing, and liability concerns.

You will help strengthen cash flow, post payments, manage accounts, and assist with budgeted revenues and expenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Experience with onsite software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions under Community Manager supervision.
• Assist in delinquency management and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Support leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management while ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage resident relations, respond to inquiries, and help retain residents.
