Qualifications

• Previous multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience as an Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Manager, or similar onsite role strongly preferred.
• Experience with collections, delinquency management, renewals, and resident account administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and process notices, renewal documentation, and other resident correspondence.
• Assist with accounts receivable and property financial reporting.
• Support leasing efforts, including prospective resident follow-up, applications, and move-ins.
• Respond professionally and promptly to resident questions and concerns.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other onsite team members to provide a high level of resident service.
• Assist the Community Manager with property inspections, operational priorities, and overall community performance.
• Assume additional community management responsibilities in the Community Manager's absence.
