Alpha is hiring an Admissions Relationship Manager to own the enrollment journey for a campus, guiding families from first inquiry to enrollment decisions. You will manage 20+ active cases, conduct tours, host open houses, and present outcomes directly to families in person.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-ticket admissions, experience with CRM systems, and a track record of managing multiple relationships. This on-site role requires daily presence and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing admissions, enrollment, or high-ticket consumer role.
• Owned end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry through commitment.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to advise prospects not to enroll if not a fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated; report pipeline health weekly.
