Alpha School is seeking an Admissions Relationship Manager to own the enrollment journey at a single campus, handling inquiries, tours, and family communications. You will manage 20+ active families, coordinate shadow days, and deliver decisive outcomes with personalized messaging.

Applicants should have 3+ years in high-ticket admissions, experience with a CRM, and proven ability to maintain relationships over 30+ days. This is an on-site role in one of the designated markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing admissions, enrollment, or high-ticket consumer role (buyer $25k+ per client).
• Owned client/admissions journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/databse/tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely and professionally with executives/wealthy clients.
• Led in-person tours/presentations/meetings for affluent families or high-profile visitors.
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days with non-immediate enrollment.
• Owned measurable enrollment/revenue/high-value customer acquisition targets.
• Willing to reside in an open campus market and work on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS after interactions; summarize with AI tools; report pipeline health weekly.
