Global Communications Services is seeking an experienced Active Directory and Exchange IT Support specialist to join our information technology team. This full-time role focuses on second-tier support, on-site operations, and applying Microsoft technologies to a defined business segment.

You will monitor AD and Exchange systems, assist with monthly server maintenance, research and document updates, resolve escalated helpdesk tickets, and participate in after-hours support as needed.

Formación

• 3yrs experience in Windows 2012/2016 AD administration.
• 3yrs supporting Exchange 2010/2013 in Enterprise env.
• Experience working in an Enterprise level environment.
• Experience working on Federal Government projects preferred.
• Experience supporting mobile technology.
• PowerShell experience required.
• Call Center/Helpdesk experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite full-time support for AD and Exchange production systems.
• Provide second-tier operations support and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Research, test, document, and implement Microsoft Windows related software/hardware updates.
• Monitor Active Directory and Exchange related software/hardware and perform monthly server maintenance.
• Assist with after-hours support as needed.
