Job summary

Global Relay is seeking a seasoned Windows Administrator – L3 to join our Operations team in Canada. You will design, manage, and support Windows environments with a focus on Exchange, Active Directory, and desktop management (GPO, SCCM, MDT).

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of direct Exchange experience and 10+ years in IT administration, with strong incident response, documentation, and security mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years direct Exchange experience and 10+ years IT administration.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, MDT and SCCM skills.
• Proficient in policy and security-focused desktop management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments; SME for AD/Exchange deployments.
• Develop and manage desktop policies, security, and software deployment.
• Update documentation and configurations for Exchange and AD.
• Deliver timely incident resolution with root-cause analysis and knowledge transfer.
• Improve proactive support to increase availability and streamline deployments.
• Respond to Support/Operations cases related to Exchange or Windows Server issues.
• Ensure high service availability and alignment with BCDR programs.
