Job summary

Global Relay is seeking a Windows Administrator – L2 to join our Operations team in Vancouver. You will manage and support Windows environments focusing on Exchange, Active Directory, and desktop management, including policy deployment and documentation.

The role requires deep Exchange knowledge, extensive Windows Server experience, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality incident resolution and proactive support. Vancouver base with BC compensation structure.

Qualifications

3-5 years of direct Exchange experience and 10+ years in IT administration.

Responsibilities

Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments, SME for AD & Exchange deployments.
Develop and manage desktop management policies (GPO, SCCM related).
Update documentation and Exchange/AD configurations.
Provide timely incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Develop strategies for proactive support to reduce incidents and outages.
Respond to Support/Operations cases related to Exchange/AD/Windows Server.
Ensure high service availability for Windows systems.
Adhere to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs.
