Accounts Payable Specialist position in a well-established food manufacturing company is onsite in Port Reading, NJ. You will process high-volume AP transactions, perform three-way matching, and maintain ERP records under the Accounting Manager's guidance.

We seek a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years AP experience, preferably in manufacturing, and SAP Business One know-how. This temp-to-hire role offers stable tenure and opportunities to impact downstream procurement and vendor relations.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• ERP systems experience; SAP Business One highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data entry and spreadsheet maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and voucher invoices.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation.
• Review supporting documentation and proof of receipts for proper approval.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues.
• Assist with check processing and payment distribution.
• Maintain accurate AP records and data integrity within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to verify inventory, purchasing, and receiving information.
• Support quality control procedures related to vendor invoicing and payment processing.
