Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent required.
• Four+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with electronic receiving systems.
• Strong MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and data uploads into financial system and resolve issues.
• Review data for accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
• Prepare month-end accruals and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end closing and AP/AR processing.
• Mentor accounting staff and assist with audits and improvements.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and ERP system data.
