Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit supplier invoices against purchase orders and enter information promptly.
• Prepare and process daily cash and credit card deposits; maintain cash journal.
• Research and resolve customer returns with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Answer questions related to accounts, procedures, and services for employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Enter financial data into our systems following company procedures.
• Review and balance computer reports, interpret results, and make corrections.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities, including the annual audit.
• Provide backup support to other accounting team members when needed.
• Support special projects as assigned by supervisor.
