Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to own client relations, recruiting and onsite operations for a 24/7 client model at our Georgia location. You will manage client partnerships, lead a staff of 100+ and ensure KPI-driven performance across multiple sites.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for success in this role. You will hire, train, and motivate client-facing managers and hourly staff, drive process improvements, and report results to the client, with travel

Qualifications

• Leadership with P&L responsibilities in warehouse/e‑commerce/manufacturing settings.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce in client-facing roles.
• Exceptional time management with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Process-focused with ability to implement standard work and controls.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of client-facing managers and hourly staff across locations.
• Provide development plans for staff; partner with HR for evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Track KPI performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive community engagement at client sites and measure results.
• Standardize work across locations and job functions.
• Analyze recruiting activity and devise continuous improvement plans.
• Own recruiting, onsite, candidate, and associate programs.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to strengthen partnership.
• Leverage cross-functional data to communicate trends and results to the client.
• Adhere to client safety and workplace policies.
