Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Manager (English and Spanish) to meet temporary staffing and training needs for a major client. You will match temporaries to customer requirements, deliver high-quality service, and supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists.

This role requires strong bilingual communication, client relationship development, and the ability to manage administrative tasks, ensure policy alignment, and drive profitability across the client account.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in a customer service industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and provide effective service.
• Implement and manage quality standards, including the PSS program, for all services.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists as needed.
• Present HR services and other offerings to the client to secure opportunities.
• Monitor client accounts and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
