Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a dynamic Onsite Staffing Manager in Suwanee, GA to supervise personnel and ensure timely, accurate delivery of client goods and services. The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and strong client relationships at the site.

The position requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, a track record in staffing or HR, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams.
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with operational software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services to support changing client needs.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate the reporting of workers' compensation incidents.
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at the client site.
• Act as liaison between branch office and client.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
