Job summary

SURGE Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Manager to support a major client in the Phoenix area. You will coordinate temporary staffing and training needs, ensuring quality placements and high client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience or 3-5 years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and use it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements.
• Implement and manage quality standards and the Performance Selection System (PSS) for all services.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and other staff as necessary.
• Schedule and provide pre-assignment orientation to temporary employees; monitor attendance and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
