Qualifications

• 3–5 years of staffing, customer service, or human resources experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries and issues.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet customer needs.
• Participate in partnership reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and P&L to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer and staff and document interventions.
• Engage with local organizations and community leaders to strengthen the company image.
