Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to lead client partnerships, align with business objectives, and drive recruitment operations. You will oversee daily fulfillment, monitor KPIs, and nurture relationships with HR and operations to maximize client value and satisfaction.

You will price and sell services, present performance reviews, and ensure SLAs are met while guiding teams toward continued success and expansion of the client footprint.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and multiple years of work experience in service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction metrics.
• Experience coordinating recruitment teams and meeting KPI/SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building strong client relationships with HR and operations.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services, managing conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Create reporting and interpret data trends to optimize performance.
• Maintain knowledge of service portfolio and align with client objectives.
• Ensure all client requirements meet agreed SLAs and credit guidelines.
