Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs, aligning with client objectives and fostering a collaborative partnership.

As the leader of daily recruitment activities, you will manage KPI-driven performance, drive client satisfaction, and position our teams for ongoing success across multiple accounts in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (5+ years of relevant work experience preferred).
• Proven track record in client relationships and customer service levels.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws and Company policies.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts via associations and events.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to Directors/VPs.
• Demonstrate the Group’s values in client-centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and high NPS.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and perm placement.
• Understand client business and staffing needs; align with TOM.
